'07 Mazda CX-7

To increase their SUV range, Mazda introduced the 2007 Mazda CX-7. This is a mid-range SUV, and is perfect as a family car.

It appeals to people who just want an all-wheel sports drive, people who want large cargo space and also to people who like a car that can be handled. This car derives from the Mazdaspeed 6 sports sedan in terms of its performance and from the RX-8 and Miata in terms of the style.

The 2007 Mazda CX-7 has a six-speed automatic transmission, a completely separate suspension and in all four corners, ventilated disc brakes. There are regular 18” wheels and an optional all-wheel drive is available.

Having a much more confident and stronger demeanor than most of the other SUVs in this range, the 2007 Mazda CX-7 appeals to families looking for a better experience and more leg space.

A comfortable sporty cabin, touch-to-turn handling, power steering, quick acceleration and instant braking are what highlight this vehicle.

2007 Mazda CX-7

Specifically released for the North American market, the 2007 Mazda CX-7 is the company’s first of a total of three crossover vehicles introduced by the company in 2007. It is based on the Mazda 6 platform, and aims to deliver the combination of a small SUV with the comfort and convenience of a passenger vehicle.

Seating for up to five people, the 2007 Mazda CX-7 comes in front-wheel and all-wheel drive versions. Available packages include the Touring, Sports, and Grand Touring editions. The major additions to the car include six airbags, power windows, power locks and anti-lock brakes, which are all standard features.

In what is essentially a new image for Mazda, the CX-7 comes with a newly designed roof spoiler, circular air vents, a bright LED and folding rear seats. The dash moves away from the driver, and a shelf has been added to the dashboard that covers a slim information display unit.
